Job Title

Graduate Digital Marketing Executive (6 month contract)

 

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to assist in communicating the Kindle House brand at all the touchpoints, these include but are not exclusive to the following areas:

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest)

  • Create content across the four main social media platforms to promote new products and events.
  • Set-up events in Facebook and promote them.
  • Manage social channels including customer feedback
  • Create community engagement
  • Drive sales via website

Customer Service

  • Engage positively with customers at all times, assist with serving customers in a timely manner and deal with any customer queries or complaints professionally.

·        Answering customer emails/ phone calls, dealing with special requests.

Website Promotion

·        Create Blogs, Newsletters and Emails to drive Customer engagement and SEO.

·        Segment customers and sequence emails for seasonal campaigns.

·        Run promotional advertising across social and shopping channels, such as Google Shopping Ebay

·        Create and manage influencer campaigns

This person will work very closely with the E-commerce Executive.

 

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

 Essential Skills:

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

-        Very Strong written communication

-        Desire to become an expert in marketing

-        Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

-        Good communication skills via email, zoom and virtual meetings

 

Desirable:

-        A graduate with a marketing or communications related degree

-        An interest in photography
