Emma
The life and soul of Kindle House (and any party!) Always 100 miles an hour, the only boss who's team get more done when she's not in the building. Emma opened Kindle House when she moved back to the area 14 years ago and still can't quite believe how much it's grown!
Beth
What doesn't Beth do?! Here since day 1, Beth's actually been Emma's right hand woman since they met in primary school! She loves a builders tea and if you actually manage to get her to agree to a night out, you'll struggle to get her home.
Janine
Our Jewellery babe. Janine loves her little department upstairs in Kindle House. There's nothing she doesn't know about our jewellery brands. She's also partial to a tupperware box, loves a holiday and is a packaging hoarder.
Katie
You'll either find Katie hiding in the office fiddling with our website, sorting our socials, or up a ladder, with a drill in her hand covered in glitter! She started as a Saturday girl back in 2013 and has tried to leave us many times over the years - but we're just too good to work with.
Mandy
Mandy runs the show at Kindle House at No.1. No one can shop as much as Mandy! She rarely leaves a shift without a little white paper bag and her nails always match her QUDO topper.
Nia WM
Our 'posh' one. Nia's so softly spoken we could listen to her forever! When she's not behind the till or changing a display, you'll find her in the loft picking and packing all of your internet orders.
Viv
'Heck of a girl' comes to mind when we think of our Viv, the Queen of karaoke and an absolute star on a team night out. Loves a 'replen' and can often be found with a basket full of stock.
Nia
When Nia's not in the shop, you'll find her up a mountain with her fabulous side hustle "We Hike Wales". She has a wicked sense of humour and a laugh that can be heard all around the shop! Loves socks and sandals.
Tirion
Originally a sweet little Saturday girl, we love how Tirion has blossomed over the years. More than happy to get stuck in, the boss of the Jellycat storage in the loft - she's a mini Beth in the making!
Emily
The one you want on your quiz team! Emily has been such a fab member of our Saturday team, we're all going to be sad to see her leave when she starts the next phase of her life. Oh to be 18 again!
Michaela
Roped in to help on her days off now she's semi-retired from nursing. You'll find Michaela having a chat (she loves a chat) up at Kindle House at No.1 on a Thursday or downstairs in Kindle House on a Monday.
Efa
"Efa with the beautiful hair" as described by one of Katie's kids. Our newest Saturday girl, Efa's mam actually worked with us many moons ago!
Libby
The newest member of our team, Libby helps tidy up our products on our website, adds pretty photos and finishes her day up in Kindle House at No.1 when Mandy escapes to go on the school run. Our resident Dance Mom.
Jude
Our Jude doesn't really work here, but might as well with the amount of time she spends with us! She loves to help out when we've got an event or a sale on and is always looking for her purse, glasses or phone.
The Build
We opened our extension in time for Christmas 2025, the light and airy space looks over the riverside and is home to our collection of furniture and homeward.
