You may request a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

Some items cannot be returned, including sale items, perishable goods (such as food), gift vouchers, and for hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear.

All returns must include the original invoice.

We do not refund postage costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition or suitably packaged to:

We recommend using an insured, trackable delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund once we receive your return.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days. If you haven’t received it after this time, please contact us at returns@kindlehouse.co.uk.

Returning an Online Purchase In-Store

You’re welcome to return online purchases in-store for free within 28 days, with proof of purchase (your original invoice).

We cannot issue refunds instantly in-store for PayPal purchases. However, you're more than welcome to return your item and we will issue your refund during office hours Monday to Friday.

Postage costs are non-refundable, but we offer a free click-and-collect service.

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, perishable goods (such as food), gift vouchers, and for hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear.

Returning an In-Store Purchase

If you purchased in-store and change your mind, you can return your item for store credit or an exchange within 14 days with your original receipt.

We do not offer cash or card refunds for in-store purchases.

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, perishable goods (such as food), gift vouchers, and for hygiene reasons, earrings.

Christmas Returns: Purchases made between 1st – 24th December can be returned up to 14 days after 28th December.

Annie Sloan Paint: Unopened 1-litre tins of Chalk Paint may be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
