Join the Kindle House Family
We're really excited to launch a brand new Kindle House Family rewards program that will eventually work both online and in store (from early 2025)!
Don't worry if you are a member of our in-store loyalty scheme, we'll get in touch with you when we're ready to switch and all you'll need to do islet us know your customer number (which is on your little key fob) and we'll transfer any store credit / loyalty over.
At the moment, online points can online be spent on our website and instore points can only be spent in one of our stores.

Please ensure you provide us with your name, email, phone number and where possible, the loyalty number from the back of your key fob. Your Tier is determined by the amount you spend at Kindle House, Kindle House at No.1 and KindleHouse.co.uk from January 1st to December 31st. Once you unlock a tier, you will keep that status for the remainder of the year as well as the entire year that follows. Your tier will expire if you do not meet the criteria in the following year.
Tier 1 -Welcome
You just need to register or sign in, you'll then be enrolled in our Rewards scheme.

Spend £150 to £349 in a 12 month period.
Tier 3 - Gold
Spend ££350 to £649 in a 12 month period
Tier 4 - Platinum
Spend £650 to £999 in a 12 month period
Tier 5 - Diamond
