We're really excited to launch a brand new Kindle House Family rewards program that will work both online and in store (from late July)!
Don't worry if you were previously a member of our in-store loyalty scheme, just let us know your customer number (which is on your little key fob) and we'll transfer any store credit / loyalty over. Take a look at our frequently asked questions below or get in touch if you have any questions.

Please ensure you provide us with your name, email, phone number and where possible, the loyalty number from the back of your key fob. We will use this information to cross reference our old data and transfer any outstanding Loyalty and Store Credit to our new program within 30 days.

Your Tier is determined by the amount you spend at Kindle House, Kindle House at No.1 and KindleHouse.co.uk from January 1st to December 31st. Once you unlock a tier, you will keep that status for the remainder of the year as well as the entire year that follows. Your tier will expire if you do not meet the criteria in the following year.
Tier 1 -Welcome
You just need to register or sign in, you'll then be enrolled in our Rewards scheme.
Tier 2- Silver
Spend £150 to £349 in a 12 month period.
Tier 3 - Gold
Spend ££350 to £649 in a 12 month period
Tier 4 - Platinum
Spend £650 to £999 in a 12 month period
Tier 5 - Diamond
Spend over £1000 in a 12 month period

Your Kindle House Family rewards discount codes may be used across our entire full-price product range. At the moment, they can only be spent online but we'll be able to accept them in store soon.
