Do I qualify for free delivery?

All orders to UK mainland addresses are free on orders of £30 which are charged according to postcode and weight. Delivery is not charged for click and collect orders. Please note there are additional delivery charges to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Offshore Islands, Alderney, Sark & Hern.

Where does Kindle House deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the UK,  but if you would like a quote for delivery shippings outside of the UK, please feel free to contact us on hello@kindlehouse.co.uk.

Who will be delivering my parcel?

Our current courier is UK Mail, a reliable and fully tracked service. Where possible, we will pass on your contact details to UK Mail so you can receive live updates of your order in transit.

What about click and collect orders?

Click and Collect order times vary according to stock availability. Delivery is not charged for click and collect orders. As we have two stores in South Wales, order times may vary in order for us to get the allocated stock between sites.

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2.00pm on the same day. This however isn't always available as we have stock being held in multiple locations, so occasionally, there can be a delay. 

On all standard deliveries, please allow 2-5 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched.

Next day delivery orders need to be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery to UK mainland, this service requires a signature. Any next day orders placed on a Friday will be classed as special Saturday deliveries and therefore be sent first thing the following Monday.

Our delivery service operates Monday- Friday, orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Please note that during sale or busy periods delivery can take 5-7 working days.

What if I am not at home when they deliver?

We recommend using an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery. For many people, this will be a work address.

If you are out, the normal procedure is for the delivery service to leave a "While You Were Out" card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

Kindle House does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
